The Work Ahead, convened by the New York Jobs CEO Council with support from Google.org, brings together leaders from business, government, and education for candid conversations about how AI and other forces are rapidly reshaping work. Together, we’ll explore how leaders can prepare for what’s next while ensuring more New Yorkers can benefit from the opportunities created by a changing economy.  

Through a series of fireside chats, panels, and presentations, we'll examine the changing needs of employers, new approaches to education and training, and the public-private partnerships creating pathways to economic mobility at scale. The day will focus not just on the challenges ahead, but on the ideas, investments, and solutions that can help make the future of work a future of greater and more equitable opportunity.
