New York’s workforce challenges cannot be solved by any one employer, institution, or sector. This conversation will explore how the Partnership for New York City and the New York Jobs CEO Council are mobilizing business leaders around a shared agenda: connecting employer needs with education and public policy, strengthening pathways into good jobs, and helping the region respond collectively as technology reshapes work and the skills needed to succeed.
